Technical Retrofitting And Research Of CNC And Electric System Of SC55 Turning And Milling Machine

To develop CNC Interpolator calculation in deep, to modify old CNC system in our country big factory to improve CNC machine with high positioning accuracy. With the engineering background of SC55 turning and milling machine for CNC system retrofitting of Ji Xi City coal machine factory, this paper has studied three-axis together interpolation algorithm with both differential geometry and CNC control theory in deep. By taking parameter variables as functions of certain variable, we extend the spline function ,used in two-dimension space, to three-dimension space ,and develop a new CNC interpolation algorithm ,i.e. parametric five spline interpolation on the base, thus high-precision control of three straight axes under three-axis is achieved.This paper develop FANUC-0i CNC system new way of Interpolator calculation ,with all digital AC servo system and motor of variable speed and drive control. By passing try and adjustment. to implement wide speed change range,to get high accuracy of speed stability,and quick dynamic response and high accuracy of positioning in all-closed control.To research the application of special function parameter in FANUC AC servo feed system ,to finish spindle locating indexing system high positioning accuracy control, and completes hardware and software designing and commissioning, machine and electric was combined, due to the machine ,which become a high control performance CNC turning and milling machine.To develop the plc control software program in the event for the application of technical retrofitting of CNC and electric system of SC55 turning and milling machine, which of characteristics of all kinds work modes ,completing turning and milling togather two control modes ,high positioning accuracy was realized To associative techinc improvement of electric control system of this machine ,by adjustment function and error compensation, technical retrofitting of CNC and electric control system is realized, to modify and upgrade old machine to get a CNC machine with the modernization level.
