Zhao Gezhuang mine is the deepest mine in the Kailuan mining area.The mining well's depth is more than 1,100 meters at present. Because the geostatic pressure of depth mining is enomous , not only the cost of the laneway maintainance is increased, but also disrepair rate of the laneway rises obviously. It will threat the security of the mining well and increase the cost of coal.This paper is based on the actual measuring and the mechanics model analysis etc, makes a concrete analysis and studies on the control of surrounding rock during exploiting laneway deeply, especially studies on the laneway arrangement of exploiting deeply and the regulation of mine pressure, analyses its advantages and disadvantages, brings about a countermeasure in accordance with Zhao Gezhang mine actual production .Through really measureing the deformity of surrounding rock of the laneway for preparing exploiting, find that the deformation of surrounding rock of deeply laneway is bigger with the depth, vertical deformation is bigger than level deformation, and relatively vertical laneway surrounding rock deformation takes place almost from the bottom bulge.The affecting distance during driving is 50 meters and return is 65 meter, the flowing deformation of the laneway is 230 minimeter during the undisturbed driving. But the state of return airway is very difficult to stabilize on the other hand .It is big deformation and flowing deformation in a long period, because the phase of last recovery driving affects the deformation of surrounding rock.The original rock stress of Zhao Gezhuang mine is far greater than intensity of laneway surrounding rock when the mine is exploited deeply, the laneway will suffer from the destroying and big deformation of flowing-deformation and the serious bottom bulge.As for the laneway project under large stress and complicated structure stress geology condition, the unitary U section steel holder is difficult to control effectively the surrounding rock, It is necessary to adopt the rockbolt, net or anchorage cable whose shoring is beneficial highly. It is easy to construct, sequentially to achieve the goal of the safety production. And, the paper theoretically analyzes the rockbolt , anchorage cable and combine function mechanism.
