Since longtime the optimizing design and manufacture has besieged as one of the stracts which disturbs out national relevant producers.This treatise has deeply researched optimizing design to electromagnet chucks on the basis of design of electromagnet chucks on the basis of design of experiment(DOE),mean while combining with the requirements for actual producing Pratices as follows:Frist,this treatise has introduced fundamental working principles,construture Model and optimizing design rules for electromagnet chucks.then advanced particular targets.As direction using DOE technology,selecting suitable design of experiment,carry on related experiments,can easily get expecting experimental results.under taking perpendicular cross-items reflux analysis,reflux analyse to the experimental results for exectrolmagnet chucks,reflux equation and reflux indicatrix have been carried on remarkable experiments,All that shows which analysis can get higher caculating accuracy. On the basis of research of experiment,analyse to the magnet circuit of electromagnetchucks and set up magnet circuit equation,thus carry on finite analysis to the electromagnet chucks by Maxwell software,get out the mutual relations of designing fundamental factors for electromagnet chucks compare with former design of experiment,which indicate that finite analysing conclusion is identical with inference of design of experiment totally.Through actual practice,it has proved the efficantly of that this treatise has researched.therefor improved the performance of products,reduced product cost,enhanced on the products competition.
