Recently, quasi-one dimensional structure material have received considerable attention due to not only their novel physical and chemical properties compared with those of their bulk counterparts, but also their potential applications in the fields of electronic, magnetic recording, optoelectronic and so on, therefore, it become the frontier and focus of material science.As a broad band gap semiconductor, ZnSe is an excellent ultaviolet material. It has been applied to solar cell, bule-green emission diode and so on. The main results and conclusions can be summarized as following:We fabricated the large area ZnSe/Zn quasi-one dimensional structure material arrays by the electrodeposition. We observed its forms by the optics microscope, scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope. And analyzed its components and structures by the Electron Dispersion Spectrum ,Transmission Electron Microscope,X-Ray diffraction and X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy.To the study of the quasi-one dimensional structure material growing mechanism, we think that the deoxidize reaction is a key, which decide the initiatory grown forms. We explained the every moment how the quasi-one dimensional structure material was formed, and thought that the change of the charges at the tip of structure material and ion concentrates at the front of structure material decided the last quasi-one dimensional structure material forms. We studied how the quasi-one dimensional structure material was formed, and thought the ion eddy field brought by the changed potential induced the form of the quasi-one dimensional ring. At last, we studied the forficate phenomena, which is universal in the electrodeposited process, discussed the possible forficate reasons and gave the determinant conditions of quasi-one dimensional structure material branched off.We study the optical property of the ZnSe/Zn quasi-one dimensional structure material arrays by the isible and near-infrared response. In the absorption spectrum of the samples, the excitonic feature appeared to be bule-shifted.Inconclusion, ZnSe/Zn quasi-one dimensional structure material arrays by the electrodeposition, and studied the forms,components, structures and optical property. We explored and developed the new way of fabricating the quasi-one dimensional structure material and discuss their growing conditions and forming mechanism, and studied the new optical property observed in ZnSe/Zn quasi-one dimensional structure material.
