Aluminum is regarded as a new kind of the poisonous elements. The species of aluminum in the environment samples are complicated and easy to change by the outer conditions. In all species of aluminum, Al3+,AlOH2+,Al(OH)2+ are regarded as the main poisonous forms and the organic aluminum is mostly free of poisonous. The task of the analytical chemistry is how to obtain rapidly the information of the toxic forms. The enhanced color reaction of aluminum and chromium azure under the existence of OP and CPB have been studied, and the rapid and sensitive measurement methods of aluminum in the water are established. Compared with the traditional CAS spectrophotometry, the lowest detection limit is improved 25 times, the contents of aluminum between 0~8.0μg/25 mL is in good linear relation and less than 5% compared with the standard deviation.Through adopting 0.45μm mini-hole membrane filters, degradation of nitrate acidification and 732 # cation exchange resin separation, the forms of aluminum are classified as five main forms. The separation methods of different aluminum species have been studied.Through the research of the aluminum main species in the rich and drying periods of Jingyang Lake, it can get distribution diagrams of aluminum species. The total content of aluminum in the drying period is more than in the rich period. The particle aluminum is existed in the drying period, which accounts for more than 50% of total quantities of aluminum and is higher than the total contents of the dissolved aluminum. The total dissolved aluminum in the rich period is higher than the particle aluminum. The organic aluminum in the drying period is more than the inorganic aluminum. The inorganic aluminum is more than the organic aluminum in the rich period.Through the analysis of the aluminum forms boiling water in the aluminum kettle and stainless steel pots, it makes a conclusion that lots of aluminum is dissolute while boiling water with aluminum kettle and particulate aluminum is turned into the dissolution aluminum. The content of inorganic aluminum which is harmful to human body is much higher than tap water and stainless steel pots. After analyzing the species of aluminum in different teas and tea water, it is clear that the total content of aluminum in the tea is higher, and about one-third aluminum is dissolved into tea water, but the organic forms of aluminum, which is unharmful to human body, exists in the water tea.
