Coal moisture control is the modern technology to improve coal quality and decrease consumption.In this process mainly use the waste heat installed heaters to dry coal,make the coal moisture from 10%to 6%,in order to reduce thermal coking coke consumption and improving the quality of the coke,also ensure the continuous stability of coke oven operations. The study of the subject is the latest generation of coal moisture control device for raw materials in a fluidized bed coal within humidity,and through the research of particles flowing in a fluidized bed,we can complete the particle classification,and realize the integration process of both moisture control and particle classification.The first section by small coking coal fluidized bed equipment is for the fluid dynamics and experimental study from flow and temperature field①inspecting operation gas velocity, particle diameter of the resistance to pressure on the bed and the bed height of the impact, according to different grain fluidization of the coal-coking coal particles,the effective flow of the scope and corresponding bed height is determined,the necessary information of the experimental design is provided②inspecting the changes of operation gas velocity, temperature of coal particles to the drying process,the time of process when the water content of coal particles decline from ten percent to six percent should be controlled in 30s~40s.it is proved that fluidization drying method is faster than others,Fluidized bed testing equipment,designed in second study is a pilot study to determine the progress data with given imports of gas and temperature conditions.By regulation of the operation of gas velocity,Coal moisture content decline to about 6 per cent,and the drying time is only 30 s;the coal particle classification is about 40 percent,material into the coal crusher is about half reduced.This technology is feasible.The industrial application was operated successfully on October 1,2007 in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd.Through former study,this study of adding outer enforce to the flow field is of great value.So test equipment is small transformed,stirring devices are joined into fluidized bed, but the stirring speed is controlled in the 5 r/min around.It is different from the traditional sense of agitation(traditional mixing the speed is generally 30-40 r/min).An experimental study on the characteristics of fluidizing behavior The characteristics of heat transfer between air and particles are investigated experimentally,and the corresponding membrane-associated equation was obtained,and the error between calculated.
