The first thing for the task is to investigate the condition of sewage and the main processing methods. Taking DaZhaiQu as the main object and deeply investigating the message of the main sources of sewage in DaZhaiQu as well as its main pollutants and so on..Aiming at industrial combined wastewater in DaZhaiQu,firstly I use the modificated fly ash coagulant by mixed acid and sodium chloride to coagulate,then do deep treatment by active carbon.The result shows that the removal rates of COD,thickness,chroma,Zn2+ and S2- is 78.56 %,72.99%,11.11%,58.35%,77.07%respectively under the condition of COD concentration 1404mg/L in the wadtewater, coagulant dosage 5g, churning time30 min ,and pH value 9.After the deep treatment by active carbon and sand filtration ,the final removal rates of COD,thickness,chroma,Zn2+ and S2- is respectively 98.63%,99.76%,100%,86.45%,99.22% ,compared with the original wastewater under the condition of active carbon capacitymg,adsorbing time 10 min and velocity of flow 1.17m/s.Then the mechanism of coagulate and deep treatment for industrial combined wastewater is discussed.Economic analysis for the result is done. Consequently,an economic and feasible way for the treatment of industrial combined wastewater is explored.This is also a way to control pollution by waste.
