| On the foundation of analyzing limestone-gypsum wet FGD system and the generation course of the desulphurization gypsum in power plant , the main factors affecting the quality of desulphurization gypsum,including composition of limestone and grain diameter,the pH of the liquid in absorption tower,oxidizing installation,additive and impurity .etc,and the corresponding control measures are studied in this paper. The influence of chlorine ion to the dehydration of gypsum is studied by designed experiment. And the influencing mechanism is discussed according to the test result,after which some measures are given to improve the dehydration of gypsum. Finally the present situation, synthesize use channels, prospect and suggestion of domestic and international desulphurization gypsum are summarized.
