Analysis And Study Of NC Lathe Processing Emulation System

The virtual NC technology, which was put forward in 1990's,is a new research field with the development of Virtual Manufacturing(VM),it's one of the key technologies of VM. The virtual NC technology has enormous economic benefits and widest application outlook, so it's gradually becoming a research focus in the world.The article is based on OpenGL (Open Graphics Library) and in the environment of Windows XP Professional, developed with Visual C++6.0, built up NC lathe processing emulation model, accomplished the system'reading and examining NC codes ,and inspecting collision in processing. The article also probes into cutting force in NC lathe physics emulation.
