H-acid liquid is the important dye intermediate. As the dye industry develop, the dispose about the organic waste water which is produced from H-acid become one of difficult problems the dye industry needs badly be controlled. By knowing development situation domestically and abroad of coagulant, we have prepared two kinds of inorganic polymer flocculant which is polysilicic-acid containing aluminum sulfate and zinc sulfate and Polysilicic acid containing magnesium sulfate and zinc sulfate on the basis of preparing the polysilicic acid.Technical conditions for preparing polysilicic acid and application characteristics were studied. On the basis of polysilicic acid, PSAZ (or PSMZ) flocculant was prepared with adding zinc sulfate and aluminum sulfate (or magnesium sulfate and zinc sulfate).By investigating the removing rate of color and COD, the results show that the flocculation efficiency is influenced by the concentration of Na2SO3, activating time, the Al/Sk Zn/Si or Zn/Sk Mg/Si molar rate. The optional condition of preparing PSAZ are got by experiment action: the active time was 1.5 hours,CSiO2=0.4mol/L, Al/Si=1, Zn/Si=1.75, aging time was 28 hours. The optimum preparation condition of PSMZ can be drawn from the experiments: the active time was 1.5 hours,CSiO2=0.4mol/L, Mg/Si=5, Zn/Si=1, aging time was 3 hours. Under the preparing condition mentioned above, the flocculant have the best efficiency and longer storage time. The influence of the addition of flocculation, the PH value etc on disposing H-acid liquid were investigated with the above flocculation. The conditions of preparation flocculation were optimized.Mechanism of flocculation and structure characterization of PSAZ and PSMZ were studied. By XRD instrument analysis, PSAZ and PSMZ which is composed with Zn2+,Al3+or Mg2+ and polysilicic acid is amorphous polymer. By SEM, different component have great effect on flocculent structure. Zn have trend to form network, Al and Mg form sheetlike to around. Structure characterizations of PSAZ and PSMZ is different of common IPF, it has nicer flocculation efficiency and stability.
