In the last 10 years, with development of nano-technology, it is important that ion has less size, but more energy than nanotechnology. By the characteristic of H2O and Fe ions E(pE)-pH diagram, this paper studies the healthy water and the preservation.By comparing with the 15 kinds of different water collected from 9 countries, including tap water, pure water and mineral water, paper considers oxidation-reduction potential and pH as an evaluation criterion. If the value of E(pE) and pH below the linear of blood, characteristic on anti-aging and health will be better. It is proved that in the lower oxidation-reduction potential region, people will have longer life expectancy than other regions. This series of experiments on the E(pE)-pH diagram of water will play an important role in the field of life sciences applications.E-pH diagram of Fe is a thermodynamic electrochemical diagram, which can only give the electrochemical direction and the possibility of thermodynamics reaction, could not give the electrochemical reaction rate and law by the long time. While in the long distance transportation and the natural environment, materials undertakes a long time corrosion tests. Using pE to obtain Fe ion E(pE)-pH diagram, this paper studies on changes of cast in different environment: in pH=12.2-12.3, E(pE)<-2mV, the effect of passive protection is more significant. The experimental results show that the lower oxidation-reduction potentials and higer pH, the better corrosion resistance, the longer corrosion resistance time, in same environment.
