Aiming at solving the problem in the electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater,the tin and antimony electrodes based on titanium were manufactured,the effect of different manufacturing condition to the impact of electrochemical oxidating ammonia wastewater was researched. After researching the influential factor and optimizing the manufacturing condition,the appearance analysis and the electrochemical analysis was hold on, the electroactivated character of the electrodes was studied to provide warrant to its application in the ammonia wastewater. In this paper, the theory of electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater was first discussed as to choose proper electrode material to manufacture. Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3,Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2 electrodes was manufactured in the way of brushing and oxidation. Different factors were studied ,they are:the temperature and the time of drying,the temperature and the time of pyrogenation,the time of drying and brushing, main solvent, the quantity of hydrochloric acid, the solute makeup,middle layer. Then Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-RuO2 electrode was manufactured to compare with them in the aspect of the effect of electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater.The result of the test shows: in the case of inexistence of chlorin ion, the effect of electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater of the Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3 electrode is better than the Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2 electrode's,efficientry.When there exist 400mg/L chlorin ion,both have perfect effect.The optimized electrodes are chosen to take the SEM test, XPS test and electrochemical test.The result shows that: the optimized Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3,Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2 electrodes have a compact surface and nice stability.Two kinds of electrodes have big exchange current density, quick reaction speed ,high electrochemical oxidation performance,and that accords with the result of SEM. The overvoltage difference between oxygen evolution and chlorine evolution of optimized Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2 electrode was the biggest,that is to say, it is more proper to be used for electrochemical oxidation of ammonia wastewater when there exist chlorin ion.
