The nature of amino-silicon oil is soft and easy to film. The microemulsion of amino-silicon oil is extensive used in the industry of chemical engineering, fine chemistry, leather, printing and dying, and so on. For example, when be used as printing and dying assistant, it makes the fabric more soft and smooth. So amino-silicon-oil is regarded as a better new type soften agent of polysiloxane, and now it is a very popular aspect in research. This article prepared the high solid content amino-silicon oil microemulsion by two methods:mass polymerization then emulsification and the other is direct emulsion polymerization, seeing about the influencing factors and get the technology of preparing amino-silicon oil and its microemulsion.The first chapter retrospected the research and apply of amino-silicon oil and its microemulsion, introduced the principle of preparing. First it summarized the advantage and disadvantage of amino-silicon oil and its microemulsion, then introduced the theory of mass polymerization and emulsion polymerization, the character and form mechanics of microemulsion, the system chosen of emulsifier and their recombination,. At last, it introduces the aim and meaning of this research.The second chapter researched the preparing and characterizing method of amino-silicon oil by mass polymerization. Characterized the amino value, viscosity and reaction of amino-silicon oil, reviewed the influence factors: monomer proportion, react temperature and time, the type and amount of catalyst, end capped agent, accelerator and so on.,then discussed the disadvantage of yellow-stain of amino-silicon oil, through modified the first amine, proved the mechanics of the yellow-stain and discussed the method of yellow-stain modifying of amino-silicon oil.The third chapter researched the method of preparing the microemulsion of amino-silicon oil by emulsify-after. Emphasize discussed the principle of choosing the value of HLB of the emulsifier system for amino-silicon oil with different viscosity, and discussed the type and amount of emulsifier, assistant emulsifier, density of electrolyte, and temperature of their influence on the semblance, particle size and stability of microemulsion. Generalized the preparing technology of amino-silicon oil microemulsion,and prepared the microemulsion of amino-silicon whose solid content was more than 70%.The fourth chapter researched the method of preparing the amino-silicon oil microemulsion by direct emulsion polymerization, emphasize reviewed the influence of amount of catalyst, amount ofemulsifier and temperature on the particle size, solid content, and conversion. Experiment indicated the result that simple ethanol as assistant solvent could increase the solid content of amino-silicon oil microemulsion in some degree.The fifth chapter generalized the results of this entire article, and got the conclusion.
