On-line analysis of near-infrared technology is the forefront of technological development .In accordance with the characteristics of online near-infrared equipment, the paper designs and develops a liquid-line near-infrared spectral analysis system. The system includes hardware and software .The various hardware components in reference to the vast literature on the basis of the selection, including temperature sensors, pressure sensors,flow meter and so on. Software includes spectroscopy detection software, monitoring software, data processing software. Connect it to the near-infrared spectroscopy equipment, and it can be real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and flow parameters, and data processing, transferred forecast model, spectral mapping, and other functions. By the data preprocessing and modeling of 60 samples of milk in both active and passive conditions,, the outcome of the prediction of protein and fat content are: the protein in the prediction model, the correlation coefficient and forecast variance of dynamic conditions are 0.906 7,0.308 7,and the correlation coefficient and forecast variance of static conditions, are 0.929 6,0.290 0,in the fat in the prediction model, the correlation coefficient and forecast variance of dynamic conditions, are 0.929 9,0.399 6 , and The correlation coefficient and forecast variance of static conditions, are 0.962 6,0.331 6.The result shows that: the development of the online of liquid near-infrared spectral analysis system can be an effective real-time detection and monitoring of near-infrared spectrometer work, and the forecast of the protein and fat of milk are in line with the actual results :the static conditions forecast is better than dynamic .However, the forecast of dynamic conditions can still be applied inpractice.
