In this dissertation, we research the reaction of naphthalene-1,8-diamine with ketones. Many biologically important perimidine derivatives were synthesized in good yields through the method. First, we use many kinds of lewis acids. and we find some of they exhibited excellent catalytic activity to this transformation. In this section, a systematic study was carried out to evaluate parameters such as reaction solvent, catalyst loading, and the structure of ketones. In conclusion, we have demonstrated a very simple and convenient protocol for the synthesis of perimidine derivatives from various ketones and naphthalene-1,8-diamine using commercially available RuCl3,CeCl3,InCl3 as efficient catalysts. It needn't use dry solvent or inert atmosphere and has good product yields. It makes the present method a practical protocol for the synthesis of perimidine derivatives. We alse research the synthesis of MOPs. synthesize a series of optically active phosphine ligands by a new simple method .
