The Possibility Research On The Sewage Of North Ditch Of The Rubber Factory Returns To The Recirculated Cooling Water

The sewage reuse purpose is different, its processing target and the advanced processing craft is also different.On base of foreign processing technology and reseach work thin article raise the technical process:pretreatment to BAF to flocculation filter to sterilization to reuse.In BAF CODcr pretroleum and SS's average destination is 56.9% 46.6% and 81%. BAF has the strong elimination to turbidity and chromaticity.In flocculation filter unite CODcr pretroleum and SS's average destination is 74% 34% and 95%. This experiment adopts sodium hypochlorit (effective chlorine is 10%) to sterilize.controlling the medicine amount within 3ppm the different oxygen fungus amount is within 500/ml.Consulting sinopec's recirculated cooling water standard wecarry on dynamic simulatinon experiment and find the pace of tube sticks and corroding is lower than the standard.The north ditch sewage of the rubber factory is reused in recirculated cooling water after advancted dealing not only can save a large amount of fresh water but also have a very extensive social benefit.
