In production process of indium,a lot of displace solution that is low aluminum content is producted.If the solution is let,resource is wasted and people are harmed.Environment is polluted. It is known that preparing poly-aluminum silicate chloride can avoid the phenomenon by referring to datum.In this study,solution of aluminum chloride and water glass is prepared poly- aluminum silicate chloride by water bath,beating up and heating up.Through orthorhombic experiment, the effect abilities of four factors are studied;through single factor experiment,the flocculate ion effect laws of react temperature,aging time,ratio of aluminum to silicate is studied in the process of preparing poly- aluminum silicate chloride;it is followed that stability is studied; lastly poly- aluminum silicate chloride is prepared in the best condition,it is applied to the papermaking middle-stage wastewater of burgess and comparing with traditional flocculation.These following conclusions are drawn on the basis of the experiments:(1)The experimental means is feasible to use solution of replacing indium and water glass to prepare poly- aluminum silicate chloride.(2)The effect sequence of four factors is determined through orthorhombic experiment: ratio of aluminum to silicate>aging time>pH>temperature.The best technical condition are:aging time 14 hour,ratio of aluminum to silicate 1,temperature 30℃and ph 1.8.These conditions are determined through single factor experiment.The product is solution,milk white, specific gravity 1.2-1.3,basicity 153.13%,aluminum content1.13%.It is used to treat with the papermaking middle-stage wastewater of burgess.The effect are:dec- olour rate95.20%,COD removal rate47.90%and residual turbidity2.59.(3)The main effect factor of stability is pH.The stability time of poly- aluminum silicate chloride is 20 days at the pH of 1.2. (4)Poly-aluminum silicate chloride is prepared to apply to the papermaking middle-stage wastewater of burgess.The best flocculation technical cond- ition are:temperature30℃,stirring rate 60r·min-1,dosage 300 mg·L-1and pH 9.It compare with traditional flocculation,the effect of flocculation all appea- rance excels poly-aluminum chloride and aluminum sulphate.
