Planting mulberries and raising silkworm, which can produce millions of silkworm cocoon, are traditional sidelines in some regions of China. Silkworm proteins were deeply studied and processed after the 1980s; they contain sericin, silk fibroin, silk peptide and so on, which are widely used in foodstuff and medicament industry. For rationally utilizing silkworm cocoon, it was primarily researched in this article on the new processing of extracting sericin from silkworm cocoon to coaching industry production. Silk fibroin was extracted in succession, and the optimal process was found. It was researched in this article by extracting sericin with high temperature and pressure methods, and recovering sericin proteins by frozen way. The yield was higher than the traditional methods. The experiment indicated that the optimal conditions were: the time of extraction was 1.5 h, the temperature was 110℃, and the yield of removing sericin was 26.8%. The freezing times were 3; the yield was 77.9%.It was researched in this article by enzymatic hydrolysis twice of silkworm cocoon. The first hydrolysis conditions were: dilute calcium chloride solution was 40%, the temperature on hydrolysis was 100℃, and the time was 1 h. The second hydrolysis conditions were: enzyme rate was 5%, the time was 8 h, and the temperature on hydrolysis was 50℃. The yield of extracting proteins' Nitrogen was 0.96%.It was researched in this article by extracting sericin from waste water by using ceramic membrane and nanofiltering membrane. The experiment indicated that the optimal conditions were: when the mass of material was 42.7 kg, the pressure was 0.075 Mpa. The time of ceramic membrane was 5 h; the time of nanofiltering membrane was 0.5 h. The BOD value of product was 34 mg·L-1, the COD value of product was 43 mg·L-1, the product met second national emission standards. It has important realistic and social meaning in this article about studying on integratively utilizing silkworm proteins and impoldering farm produce.
