Eucalyptus and bamboo mixed cooking is an available way to solve the shortage of fiber material for papermaking, and also can increase the quality of the pulp. The composition of the black liquor because of the impact of the Recovery has important significance.In this paper, Eucalyptus and bamboo are used DDS cooking, by changing the ratio of eucalyptus and the technology, and get all stages of black liquor. Research the black liquor ingredients, can get the changing law of the materials component.Alkali dissolved lignin is tested by UV spectrophotometer, And establish a link between the lignin in the black liquor and what's in the cooking materials. On the perspective of de-lignin, increasing the proportion of the bamboo or max temperature or the sulfidity, the content of the lignin in the black liquor will be increased, but increasing effective alkali it will be decreased. The reducing sugar is tested by DNS method to reflect the removal of carbohydrates situation. In the early of the cooking, increasing the sulfidity can't lead to the reducing sugar significantly increased. But the increasing effective alkali can do it. But in the late of the cooking, both increasing sulfidity and effective alkali can lead to the carbohydrate degradation increased, then the content of reducing sugar increase. And the content of reducing sugar haven't significantly increased only increasing the temperature.UV spectrophotometer and dual-wavelength silicon molybdenum yellow method are used to improve the method of silicon molybdenum blue. And the SiO2 in the black liquor is tested by this method, and gotten the formula. Research SiO2 in the black liquor, the concentration of SiO2 is determined by the component of the material. When the materials are confirmed, increasing the temperature and sulfidity would increase the content of SiO2 in the black liquor. But increasing the effective alkali would reduce itThe methanol in the black liquor is tested by HS-GC method. Increasing the ratio of eucalyptus in the materials could lead to increased production of methanol. And increasing the effective alkali could increase the methanol content, but increasing the sulfidity is opposite.
