Titanium dioxide photocatalyst has a promising perspective at the degradation of organism pollutant, it is the mainly question that resolve of large-scale application for TiO2 photo-catalytic reactor with high photocatalytic activity.After analysizing photocatalytic reactor structure, this paper uses sol-gel method to prepare nitrogen doped TiO2 film as the mainly reactor part of visible light response of laminar falling film reactor, observes the hydrophilicity by the contact angle'change, and optimizes the preparing craft. The crystal type, structure, property and photoabsorbed function of doped TiO2 film are tested by XRD, XPS, SEM and UV-Vis. The study chose fluorescent lamp as simulation light resource and photocatalytic degradation methylene blue(MB) as model reaction, photocatalytic activity of reactor is evalulated, The math model of falling liquid film can be obtained by the research of the action of falling liquid film, so the result of liquid film thickness in the different flux can be counted out.The research indicate that the film has better hydrophilicity when plating SiO2 and TiO2 one time, doping 5 gram urea in 200ml TiO2 sol, the solution temperature at 30℃, contact angle is smaller than 5°under the 50 mins'visible light illumination. The surface of film has better natase, particle radii is about 20nm, nitrogen as Ti-N chemical bond doped into TiO2 crystal lattice and can absorb over 400nm visible light. Reactor film's thickness is 0.155cm, MB initialize consistence is 5mg/L, pH=7, circulatory flux is 7L/h, reaction temperature is 30℃, the photocatalytic degradation can achieve above 50% through three hours reaction, degradation effect is remarkable and realize the visible light response. The kinetics fited in with Langmuir-Hinshelwood formula at low concentration of solution and short time, the reaction is first series.
