Semi-solid ZA27 alloy and SiCp/ZA27 composites have been prepared with high-intensity ultrasonic treatment.In this paper,evolution of semi-solid ZA27 alloy structures changing with the parameters of ultrasonic has been researched,as well as this method used to prepare composite.Firstly,effects of ultrasonic treatment starting temperature,duration and power of ultrasonic treatment on semi-solid ZA27 alloy have been reseached.The results indicate that finer primary phase can be obtained with lower treatment starting temperature between 490℃and 560℃,longer and more powerful ultrasonic treatment.Secondly,the precast block of SiCp/ZA27 composites with high SiC volume fraction have been prepared by using pressure infiltration method in order to improve the wetting property between reinforcement and molten matrix.Lastly,the SiCp/ZA27 composites with different SiC volume fractions can be prepared by diluting the precast block of SiCp/ZA27 composites with ZA27 alloy by high-intensity ultrasonic stirring assisted.And the TEM results show that the SiC particulates are uniform macro-distribution in the matrix and the interface between SiCp/ZA27 is planar without reaction products and precipitations.
