The main results obtained in this thesis as followes:1.Triallylisocyanurate(TAIC)was synthesized by cyanuric acid(CA)and allyl chloride with the catalyst of cuprous chloride.The influence of mol ratio of input, reaction temperature,pH value and the amounts of NaOH at beginning on the yield was studied and optimal processes were obtained.The reaction mechanism was discussed,the reaction was nucleophilic reaction between propenyl and ion of cyanuric acid.2.With the catalyst of manganese salt,triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)was epoxidized to prepare triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)by H2O2 in BAP(bicarbonate activated peroxide)systerm.The influence of mol ratio of input,amount of catalyst, pH value of buffer solution and reaction time on the yield was studied and the optimal processes were obtained.The reaction mechanism was also discussed in detail.3.With the catalyst of SO42-/MxOy solid acid,Tris(tribromophenyl)cyanurate (TTBPC)was synthesized through the esterification between cyanuric acid(CA) and tribromize phenol(TBP).The influence of mol ratio of input,the kinds and amount of catalysts,reaction time on the yield was studied and the optimal processes were obtained.The tests of PUU containing TTBPC showed TTBPC could improve mechanical properties and anti-combustion of PUU.
