56% mine of our country exploit coal seam that easy to autoignition , the fire rate of autoignition is remain high in recent years though it coming down to some extent. Mine fire is one of the significant disaster being that the shaft happens, the occurrence and development of conflagration not only affect safety production and the environment , but also it can easily to arouse the gas and coal-dust explosion,and with gathering deep escalation , the pressure of mine is high ,the wall and pole of coal is easily to break, the dangerous of coal autoignition enhances , forecasting technology is a important method to taking precautions and forecasting coal autoignition. But in practice, the coal can adsorb various gas ,it bring about the analytical data of gas is not agreeing with index gas thickness of conflagration development stage, it can affect accuracy of early phase forecasting. Therefore, the studying of coal adsorption is importance to enhance the accuracy of early phase forecasting and it can be esaily to expolit Coal-bed methane.To the coal adsorption characteristic property, people has carried out large amount of research , it has focused on the coal research to CH4 mainly, the adsorption to other gases such as N2 , CO2 studies very few, especially the adsorption characteristic property studies of the coal to the C2H4 and the C2H6 relatively parallel blank. By the industry analytical of Yanzhou mining area coal we have discovered a relationship between moisture content , ash content , volatilized content and the ability of the coal to adsorb gas. At the same time we having carried out experiment research on the five gas adsorption of coal, by the curve draft fitting,we have got the equation that describing adsorb behavior of this five kinds gases.From the adsorption isotherm,we have reached the relationship of adsorption amounts that the coal to absorb this five kinds gases and the temperature affected the ability of the coal to adsorb gas.The experiment indicated: Amounts adsorption enhancing with pressure increasing when pressure is 3Mpa, the coal adsorption ability to the harmful gas reaches saturation while pressure reaches 5Mpa ; The relationship of Coal have adsorbed harmful gas is C2H6> CO2> CH4> N2≈C2H4 ; The type coal is adsorbed to pure coal seam is belonging to I, therefore we can use Langmuir to describe the behavior of adsorption. These study accurate rate forecasting coal mine autoignition has important significance to resolving the damp disaster problem and to improving a forecast further.These research is significance to resolving the gas disaster problem of mine and it can improving the accurate rate of forecasting coal mine autoignition further.
