Solid polymer electrolytes were the key point which made rechargeable lithium-ion polymer batteries with high safety,thin,flexibility in the shape of a cell design.Solid polymer electrolytes have been extensively studied in recent years in the world.But from a practical point of view,Solid polymer electrolytes must satisfy certain minimal requirements on ionic conductivity, thermal,and electrochemical stabilities.The preparation and measuration of composited polymer electrolytes which were composed by inorganic nanosheets.porous micron ball.polymer ethylene oxide(PEO)and Lithium perchlorate(LiClO4)are investigated.The major contributions include the following aspects:1.Composited polymer electrolytes which were composed by layered double hydroxides nanosheets(LDHNS).PEO and LiClO4 were prepared by using solvent casting method.The ionic conductivity and lithium-ion transference number of composited polymer electrolytes were measured and the electrolytes were investigated by XRD.FE-SEM.DSC.FT-IR.The measurements on the ionic conductivity of the electrolytes have shown that the ionic conductivity reach maximums 4.29×10-6S cm-1,and the lithium-ion transference number reach maximums 0.28.2.Benzene zirconium phosphate balls in micron size(ZrBPMB)were prepared by using spray drying method and composited polymer electrolytes which were composed by ZrBPMB.PEO and LiClO4 were prepared by using solvent casting method.The ionic conductivity and lithium-ion transference number of composited polymer electrolytes were measured and the electrolytes were investigated by XRD.FE-SEM.DSC.FT-IR.The measurements on the ionic conductivity of the electrolytes have shown that the ionic conductivity reach maximums 5.01×10-6S cm-1,and the lithium-ion transference number reach maximums 0.21.
