As a sign of industrial development, DCS has been became the main equipment for the modern, large and medium-sized enterprises. With the advantages of flexible configuration, convenience configuration and high reliability, it has been widely used in various industrial fields. This paper is based on DCS project, which is signed between Qinghua Co., Ltd and shuai'an control Co., Ltd. We introduced the whole design and the detail steps, it includes system designing, hardware selecting, software programming, site network, integrated wiring, installation of hardware, software and hardware configuration, commissioning and debugging and so on.In the process of debugging, we find that the coke oven collector pressure control system is a complex control targets. Because that the pressure of coke oven collectors are an important parameter in the production, which directly affect the stability of the production of coke and coke oven life. We can't find a wonderful control effect with the conventional control method. In this paper we design an intelligence algorithm, first we identify the model of coke oven collectors, using the normal control algorithm, and then emulating. The simulation result tell us that it is better using the way we designed in this paper than others. Form the simulation result, we can see that the new control method is more effective.
