Using activated SBA-15 and MCF as well as the Inorganic-Organic hybrid SBA-15 and MCF as supports,through careful designing the weak non-covalent interactions between the surface of supports and lysozyme, this dissertation studies the effects of the weak forces on adsorption amounts,adsorption rate,distribution state,irreversible adsorption or not as well as the structure changes of lysozyme after adsorption.We first synthesized the 2-D hexagonal SBA-15 and MCF with 3-D cages linked by windows from the hydrothermal method.Followed by treating them with silane couple agent(C2H5O)3Si-C3H6-X(X=H,NH2,NHCONH2 and CN,-CN can transform to COOH in boiled HC1 acids) after activation,it results in Inorganic-Organic hybrid mesoporous materials with the similar remaining pore structures.In different adsorption experiments with the changing pH solution,the surface of materials can generate various charges density when the grafted groups and activated -OH come through ionization or protonation. Results indicate the electrostatic interactions between materials and lysozyme was in charge of the adsorption amount of lysozyme within materials with the same pore parameters.The max.adsorption amount also shows the same trend with the change of electrostatic interactions, but didn't appears around pI of LYZ.The strong electrostatic interactions result in sharply decreased adsorption amount.The kinetics analysis also conforms the results.At the same time,hydrophobicity,H-bond,π-overlapping may affect the adsorption amount.Monolayer adsorption happens usually except the strong electrostatic repulsive interaction resulting in multilayer adsorption of lysozyme.The FTIR spectrum indicates there are noα-helix structure changes derived from the electrostatic attractive interactions,hydrophobicity, H-bond,π-πoverlapping.While strong electrostatic repulsive interactions may results in partial structure changes.At the same time,it also leads to someβ-sheets structure changes.
