Operation Control Strategy Of SNCR Technology

According to a urea-SNCR technology reformation of 410 t/h power plant boiler, this paper fisrt introduced the existing boiler unit. Then describerd the condition of the boiler uint after the urea-SNCR reformation. Including introduced the parameter and layout of key equipments and the technics and process of the SNCR system. Summarized the producing effect of the SNCR system at different working condition. At last introduced the operation and the DCS controlling of the SNCR system.Through analysing the key parameter of the SNCR system, the whole operation control strategy of the system are given. Then according to the characteristic of urea-SNCR system, Then studied the operation control strategy of equipments in each subsystem seperately and abstracted the control objectives and determined the corresponding operation control plans. This paper also carefully researched on some key link controls in subsystems, proposed some feasible control plans.
