The Prepared Method And Performance Analysis Of A Thermochromic Variable Emittance Material

This paper introduces a prepared method of a thermochromic variable emittance radiator based on perovskite manganese oxide. A series of high rigidity block perovskite manganese oxide samples were prepared using solid-state reaction, and the manganites films were prepared using standard ceramic technique.The crystalloid structure, appearance and curie-temperature of the samples were measured. The effect of synthetical conditions on the curie-temperature, such as preparing condition and heat treatment process were analyzed. The emittance snd absorptivity of the samples were measured by using emittance and absorptivity instrument. The effect of synthetical conditions on emittance and absorptivity were analysed .A prepared method were summarized to prepare the smart thermal control device .
