| With the improvement of the environmental protection and energy-saving consciousness of people,Low-Emissivity(Low-E)Glass with properties of heat preservation and insulation is becoming the preferred material in construction and automotive industry industries.Especially, the Low-E glass coated by FATO(F-Sb doped tin dioxide or Sb:F:SnO2)thin film has important applied foreground due to their superior advantages,such as low cost and long service life.In this paper,the method of Sol-Gel combining with the Spray Pyrolysis was improved by the optimizations of Sol preparation,buffer layer production,spray tools,exhausting system and film processing,by which the Low-E Glass sample with high-performance was fabricated subsequently.The work proceeded in this paper is as follows:1.The micro-properties of FATO Low-E Glass samples were investigated by XRD,SEM, XPS and XPS.The results showed that the FATO film which had uniform crystal grains and compact structure with fewer defects was polycrystal with the tetragonal rutile structure,the orientation of which was mainly(110).2.The properties of the Low-E Glass samples coated with FATO thin films prepared in lab, whose relation between spectral properties and conductivity had a good coincidence with theoretical value,had reached or better than the national standard level.The sheet resistance, hemisphere emissivity(E)and the average transmittance(T%)in visible region of the sample had reached 6Ω/□with resistivity of 5.18×10-4Ω·cm,0.0862 and 70.52%respectively.3.Based on preparation of Low-E glass in lab,the Spray control system and Spray coating equipment designed and produced,had been installated and adjusted on Tempered Glass Production Line,by which the Low-E Glass samples with performance closer to the national standard have been produced with the hemisphere emissivity(E)of 0.2871 and the average transmittance(T%)in visible region of 79.15%. |
