This thesis finishes a study towards "αC-H bond activation of tetrahydrofuran", including mainly the following two parts:1.The research development of C-H bond activation was reviewed in the first chapter.It included:1)Putting forward the concept of Cross-Dehydrogenative-Coupling reaction and its recent development;2)The update development of Chelation-Assisted hydroacylation reaction.2.A new method for intermolecular sp3-sp3 C-C bond formation between tetrahydrofuran and aromatic olefin under the promotion of RhCI(PPh3)3/TiCl4/TBHP system was first disclosed,in which a new C-C bond and C-Cl bond are formed simultaneously,which afford a new method for synthesis of benzyl chlorine and functionalize of tetrahydrofuran.
