In this paper, two novel types of phthalocyanines aluminum with space chains naming tetra-carboxylaminohexanoicsulfonyl phthalocyanine aluminium and tetra-(4-benzylsulfonic-4'-sulfoaminozobene) phthalocyanine aluminium were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS.Some photophysical properties of the two types of aluminum phthalocyanines with space chains were studied. It was found that, compared with tetracarboxylic phthalocyanine aluminum, AlPc(SO2NHC5H10COOH)4 showed lower aggregation, higher fluorescence intensity and singlet oxygen life. But the different results were obtained for AlPc(SO2NHC6H4N2C6H4SO3H)4, compared with tetrasufonic phthalocyanine aluminum. This maybe due to the higher % conjugated system of the spherical space chains. The interaction of two complexes and bovine serum albumin(BSA) and human serum albumin(HSA) had been studied by fluorescence spectrometer and UV spectrometer methods. With introducing of space chain groups, the research results also indicated that the long chain substituded phthalocyanine had stronger combining ability with albumin than that of the short chain substituded analogue.Lys (z)-NCA was synthesized from N'-carbobenzoyloxy-L-Lysine and triphosgene in THF. Amphiphilic triblock copolymers poly(N'-carbobenzyloxy-L-Lysine)(poly (N'-CBZ-Lysine)-PEG-poly (N'-CBZ-Lysine)) were synthesized in DMF in the condition that both amino-end PEG was used as initiator via a ring-opening polymerization. The structures of block copolymers were characterized by IR and 1H NMR. PLL-PEG-PLL were obtained by deprotection of PLL(z)-PEG-PLL(z). The polymer nanoparticles were prepared between the anphiphilic block copolymer PLL-PEG-PLL and two space chain phthalocyanines through electrostatic interaction. The spectra properties of phthalocyanine and polymer nanoparticles loaded with two space chains phthalocyanines were studied by fluorescence spectrometer. The uptake of polymer nanoparticles in HUVEC cell was studied by pharmaceutical kinetics. The result showed polymer nanoparticles was significantly more acumination in HUVEC cell than two space chains phthalocyanines and peak value was one hour ahead.
