With the continuously promotion for development of the western region, the industry and agriculture have developed rapidly in Northwest of China, but water pollution and water shortage are increasingly prominent. The Shi he zi City Xinjiang in the northwestern region, the economic develop rapidly, while increasing the volume of untreated sewage directly into the Gobi, the soil and groundwater polluted. This will not only affects the local people's health, but also limitations sustainable development of shihezi that serious shortage of water resources in the industrial and agricultural. Therefore, the sewage discharge of untreated in Shihezi development area is a problem need to solve urgently.Whether a sewage treatment process is adopted, its operating costs is one of the important factors. The stabilization pond process treatments urban and industrial waste water, investment and operating costs is low, work is stable and reliable, management is easy, and this process can remove effective a variety of refractory organic matter. However,the HRT of stabilization is long, the loss of heat is laege, in order to enhance the treatment effect of stabilization pond, hydrolysis acidification used as a pretreatment measures to improve the Biodegradability of sewage , improve the speed of degradation in low-temperature.In this paper, the sewage of development area in shi he zi is studied in hydrolysis acidification stabilization pond process, the findings show that the effluent water reachs Discharge Standards for farmland irrigation water,this process is an economic application sewage treatment process; the best HRT of hydrolysis acidification segment is 3h; COD capacity burden in the 2.09~2.73kgCOD/m3·d at hydrolysis acidification segment,biodegradability of effluent water is higher. the best HRT of stabilization pond is 9d;BOD surface burden in the 19.44 ~ 55.56 kg / (hm2 ? d) at stabilization pond segment, the BOD and COD of effluent can reach " farmland irrigation standards." (GB5084-92).
