| Coal is the main energy sources,and it will play the important role for a long time in the future.In order to guarantee the energy security of our country,it is the best method to use our country rich coal resource clearly and effectively.which can make the resources,the economy and environment our country development coordinately.Coal Water Slurry is one of the clean energy sources.And the additive is one of the key technology.It is very important to find a raw material,which is broad and cheap.The additive which made from lignin is cheap and owning high performance. which can improve the properties of CWS and promote the industrialization of CWS.The thesis has brought forward a technology route based on lignin's structure and character,taking lignin as raw material to synthesis compound coal water slurry additive-DCSA,And discussed the major effect of DCSA.used the serial test method to ascertain the technological parameter composing the best of DCSA.A series of experiment are done to access the best response process and process parameters:when the lignin solution had been heated to T1 and react H1.Hydrogen peroxide should be put in which is 10g to the 100g lignin;And then halted the heat but the reaction should go on.After H2 hour,the temperature reached T2,the Na2SO3 should be dropped,the mass of which is 30g;then heat should be stopped,and the reaction should continue.Regulated the temperature of bath pot to reduce the temperature down to T3,the formaldehyde should be joined,the mass of which is about 30g.The reaction should respond H3 hour,and then the product generated.The thesis tell a method to use ion exchange to measure the sulphonated degree of DCSA additive,and discussed the relation between sulphonated degree of DCSA and the property of CWM.The results show that:the higher the sulphonated degree of DCSA is,the better the property of CWM is.I did expcriments of infrared spectrum of coal from shanxi,loudi and yima and DCSA,the results show that they have the same structural function group.According to the theory of similarity and intermiscibility,DCSA can adsorbed on the surface of coal strongly.And the result of experiment show the adsorption isotherm is L.DCSA contains two kinds function group,one kind is the hydrophilic group. which is Sulfonate,and the other is the hydrophobic group,which is aromatic group. With the Bridge structure effect in system,DCSA disperses in coal water slurry.one terminal adsorbed on the surface of coal,and the other terminal adsorbed with water. That is why the DCSA own the fine rheology properties and good fluidity.The development on compound additives of CWS can low the costs of CWM and improve the quality of it,and the more important is to open up a new way to use lignin.Which can bring us important economic effects,environmental and social benefits. |
