| The city is a ecosystem which take person as the main body from the point of ecology. it is consist of society , economy and the natural world subsystem. The development of city and the city's ecological environment change go hand in hand. Recently, Our country urbanizes speed being accelerated inceasingly. city quantity and city and town population escalation. City scale expands inceasingly. The pressure which human being exerts in the environment inceasingly.Ecological carrying capacity imbalance. How to improve the ecological and environmental conditions and maintenance of ecological security has become one of the main problems of the urban development.This paper introduces the urban ecosystem composition, characteristics, and introduced methods affecting more commonly used on the current city's ecological environment quality evaluation. on the basis of the neural network theory research, we use the method of the city's ecological environment for the conduct of evaluation. Then, from the city's ecological theoretical foundation of the structure, the paper binding factor analysis, establish the city's ecological environment quality evaluation index system. Next, we constructed by using BP, SOM-BP, LVQ, SOM-LVQ artificial neural networks to 18 province-level cities in Sichuan to study. Finally, this paper looks Sichuan Urban Environment Comprehensive Treatment examination results as a reference for the analysis of the four categories neural network model accuracy and convergence a comprehensive comparative analysis of the find for this research project satisfaction model.In this paper, evaluation of the ecological environment and the theory of artificial neural network theory are applied to the city's ecological environment quality assessment studies. At the same time, we use MATLAB6.0 as the development of analytical tools, performing experiments on the sample data analysis. Prividing decision-making for Government departments and research institutions.
