It's urgent to solve Municipal Solid waste (MSW) with development of citified process and the improvement of people's life level. Recently, Anaerobic digestion is one effective way of 3R's of MSW. There are three pHases for anaerobic digestion: hydrolytic fermentation, acidification and methanation. Accumulation of VFAs in the anaerobic digestion will cause failure, so hydrolytic acidification is a speed limitation., This paper selects soybean, fat meat, rice and celery representing protein, adipose and carbohydrate and anaerobic sludge as inoculum to study on the above problem and research acidizing point by different organic loads. It has been found that, acid inhibition doesn't happen on soybean, fat meat, rice and celery under 0.5gVS/(L·d). Organic acid accumulates is seriously with the increase of organic loading. When the organic loading is 1.0gVS/(L·d), acid inhibition happens on rice and soybean with a lowest acidizing point about of 3.73 and 5.03 respectively; When the organic loading is 1.5gVS/L.d, acid inhibition happens on fat meat with a lowest acidizing point about of 5.02; However, acid inhibition doesn't encountered by all samples of celery. Through adjusting pH value, rice overcomes acid inhibition and enters into the stage of producing methane smoothly, methane content of biogas about of 1.0gVS/(L·d) reached to 60%; soybean overcomes acid inhibition and enters into the stage of producing methane smoothly, methane content of biogas about of 1.0gVS/L.d and 1.5gVS/L.d reached to 60%; fat meat overcomes acid inhibition too, but it enters into the stage of producing methane slower, the biogas is lower and methane conten of biogas about of 1.5gVS/L.d reached to 19% because of fat meat hydrolysis is slowly; High organic load of soybean about of 6.0gVS/L d overcomes acid inhibition with a methane content about of 32% by controlled pH; On the contrary, fat meat and rice are failed because of acid inhibition.
