Ethanol, acetone, iso-Propyl alcohol, as menstruums, are used widely in process of preparation of Chinese traditional medicine. The used organic menstruums and water become waste menstruums. If menstruums are not reclaimed, the environment will be polluted and the cost will be increased. In order to cycling menstruums, water must be removed. The method of rectification is adopted to separate the menstruums in industry. For improving the efficiency of recycling menstruums, magnetization is employed to research the influence of magnetic fields in rectification.In this paper, to determine the influence from magnetic fields in rectification, with different magnetic flux intensity H magnetic fields, water, ethanol, acetone, iso-Propyl alcohol were employed to determine the influence from magnetic fields in rectification. The rectification of ethanol-water, acetone-water and iso-Propyl alcohol-water system under different magnetic induction intensity is investigated. The result of investigation indicates that the magnetic field can offer positive or negative influence to rectification, that is to say, magnetic field will benefit or damage the separation of different systems. In my research, the influence of magnetic field on ethanol-water and iso-Propyl alcohol-water system is positive, but to acetone-water system the influence is negative. Besides of this, the influence of magnetic field on given system is not simple linearity relation, different magnetic induction intensity induces different influence in rectification. The influence changes along with magnetic induction intensity, concentration of solution and refluence ratio, different systems also induce different influence. The positive influence of ethanol-water, iso-Propyl alcohol system descends gradually, but to acetone, the influence is negative, that is relative with the property of different systems.In the paper, the data of experiment are simulated, gained the relationship of makeup of rectification, magnetic induction intensity and makeup of stuff. We also check up the result of the simulation.On the base of existing magnetization mechanism and result of experiment, the paper discusses the mechanism of influence of magnetic field on rectification. Considered that magnetic field influences rectification through influencing the hydrogen bond in the system and explaining the experimental phenomena using this theory.
