| Being a novel compounds,Fischer-Metal-Carbene-Complexes (CO)nM=(OR1)R2 played a part in C-C bond formation because of the diversity of it reacting with unsaturated compounds during the several decades. Especially in the reaction of the complex with alkyne, it can selectively gets different outcome from changing carbine-complexes, the alkynes, or reactive condition. Moreover,these reactions were repeatedly used in synthesis of some natural products.On the base of well studied reaction of Fischer-carbene-complexes with double bond compounds, the reaction on Fischer-carbene-complexes with alkyne substituted by heteroatom is developed in this paper for the first time. Furthermore, a large quantity of tries on the catalyst, solvent, ligand and beam of different wavelength are primarily processed. It is found that solvent and metallic salt are the most important factors and dry acetonitrile is the perfect solvent recently. The probable mechanism of this reaction also is proposed in this paper. And some further research has been done to expound the range of alkyne substrantes. |
