Study And Application Of High-temperature Drilling Fluids

In this paper, we analysed the current domestic and international high-temperature drilling fluid system and the status quo of the existing problems. In the development of screening room for a set of 220 to 240℃high temperature drilling fluid formulations, and this drilling fluid system performance evaluation, and rheological properties of high temperature and high pressure, and proved that this system in the high temperature conditions under good suppression, rheology, plugging anti-sloughing performance, a reasonable size matching suitable for high-temperature deep now. The drilling fluid system is in the focus of petrochemical-Section SK1 wells have been practical application, the better solution drilling fluid under high temperature stability, this system at the same time maintained a good rheology, sealing anti-pollution and wellbore stability and the ability to meet these requirements wells in the process, and ensured the win by the smooth completion of a well.
