Harbin Chrysanthemum Monosodium Glutamate Biology Technology Company take corns as the raw materials, the factory produces amylum,glutamic acid,monosodium glutamate,fibre feed,albumen powder and embryo powder, etc. Statistically, to producing 1 ton monosodium glutamate is equal to discharge 15~20 tons high chroma sewage of monosodium glutamate production.At present the amount of discharge of high chroma monosodium glutamate has reached to 1.8×10~7 ton/year. But if this kind of waste water is released without any treatment, the environment will be polluted seriously, and even threaten the security of drinking water. While treating will produces plenty of surplus sludge with high content of nitrogen and ammonia. These surplus sludge contains a lot of organic substance, they will pollute the environment without any treatment and cause a lot of waste of sources. The waste water of monosodium glutamate is characterized by a large percentage of COD can reach to 30000mg/l,total nitrogen can reach to 1200mg/l,TOC can reach to 8000mg/l, and sulphuric acid salt and a small percentage of PH,only 3. In Harbin Chrysanthemum Monosodium Glutamate Factory's production of waste water, the part of corn cleaning, waste water clearing, ferment water of picking-up glutamic acid or organic nitrogen waste water go to the sewage treatment plant.After two-phase anaerobic treatment.The pivotal technics in alteration of spray plasm and making particles to produce the fertilizer technological scheme of Harbin Chrysanthemum Monosodium Glutamate Factory is mixing the high consistence nitrogen waste water (maintain the raw materials'cleaning,diping,clearing waste water and ferment liquid after picking up the glutamic acid or ionic exchange waste water ) going into the four-effect evaporator after evaporating,concentrate and modulate (add N,P,K and some nutritious matter) after that, the waste water and surplus sludge will go into the spray plasm and making particles machines to be made of fertilizer after dryness.The fertilizer manufacture is up to national standard. Afer the project putting into operation, it will produce 100,000 tons fertilizer. The factory is in ShuangCheng and the area around it is agricultural areas, so the products can be sold out here.In this article, the methods for Harbin Chrysanthemum Monosodium Glutamate Factory's high content of organic waste water and surplus sludge that put them into concentration and spray plasm and making particles to produce fertilizer is innocent treatment. It sets up a demonstrate project of recycling.In this article, it uses new technic for the using of waste to solve the environment-polluted problem in the process of monosodium glutamate production. It takes clean production to realize innocency and recycling. It aims on saving energy,depressing consumption and reducing pollution. It also uses management methods to inspect the production process. By this, it can reduce the cost of the factory and depress the influence of monosodium glutamate production to human's health and the envirment. So it achieves the purpose that prevents and cures the industrial pollution and improves the benefits. This kind of technic will push our monosodium glutamate industry to a new step.
