In this paper, we reviewed the syntheses and structural characterization of a series of gallium phosphates and explore synthetic method and reactive condition of gallium phosphite under hydrothermal condition. These results show that it not only exploited the area of the synthesis,but also enrich the kinds of microporous materials.In future, more complex open-framework of metal phosphates will be synthesized.In the GaOOH-H3PO3-amine-H2O system, Phosphorous acid Replaces the phosphoric acid , using diethylenetriamine as structure-directing agent, A new three-dimensional microporous fluorogallophosphate[NH2(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2]Ga3(PO4)3 (named HIT-16) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition.It was characterizated by IR, TG, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It presents:It is strict alternation between the inorganic layer and organic layer. Diethylenetriamine lies in the inorganic layer to balance the negative charge of galliumphosphate.These interact by hydrogen bonds,that is by hydrogen bonds N–H···O to form steady 3-D framework. It presents 10-membered channels along the [101] direction.The synthesis and structural characterization of HIT-16, Further developed the composition of the gallium phosphate micropore componds.In the GaOOH-H3PO3-amine-H2O system, Phosphorous acid Replaces the phosphoric acid , using hexamethylenetetramine as structure-directing agent, A new helix and chiral three-dimensional microporous fluorogallophosphate (H3O+)3- Ga2(PO4)3(named HIT-22) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. It was characterizated by IR, TG, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It presents:the framework is vacancy, it is not occupied by hexamethylenetetra- mine.These provides the evidences of experiment for getting rid of structure-directing agent and applications.In the framework,it exists left-handed and right-handed helical chains.It forms the analogy of C60 in the given direction,and forms 10-membered channels. It presents 8,12-membered channels along the [100] direction. It consists of a novel three-dimensional framework constructed from GaO5 and PO4 via corner sharing mode.The successful synthesis of HIT-22, has certain guiding significance to the new micropore compounds with no structure-directing agent field. Application hydrothermal synthesis technology, We studied the synthesis of gallophosphitesand and the factors of effect, summary the rules of synthesis and compared the difference of structures and synthesis.
