Paste filling under village is a new technology of green mining which protects the surface, improves recovery coefficient and realizes none-village-relocation. It is an effective way to alleviate burdens on domestic coal resource and achieve sustainable development. With the background of extraction of the protective coal pillar using paste filling method in Nanwang Village of Xiaotun Mine, the dissertation discusses surface subsidence with paste filling for longwall workface and provides the theory reference for practical production.By the approaches of on-site survey and analysis of producing conditions of the protective coal pillar, filling mining would be expected to increase 1.3 times than the traditional strip mining.The intensity of different paste were measured in the labarotory, and the age-intensity curves were fitted. The FLAC was used to simulate excavation, filling, and the mining with the progressive increase of paste strength in the labarotory. The simulation was in line with the actual operating process. At last, nine groups datum about the dynamic subsidence of workface roof and surface with different characteristics of paste filling were obtained. Through theoretical analysis, this disseration summarized the movement law of overlaying strata with the support of paste, and also compared with the fall-mining method.The calculated correlation between the age-intensity of paste and the subsidence of surface and roof based on the grey relevant degree method was used to guide the preparation of the paste material whose age-intensity character was more conducive to control subsidence.The Mine Subsidence Forecast System (MSPS) was used to forecast the surface subsidence, tilt, curvature and horizontal deformation by the theorory of the probability integral method after mining. The values of surface deformation were less thanâ… -class standards destruction in the "Mine Regulations in three special condition". Filling mining can effectively control surface subsidence and satisfy the design requirements of the protection of surface construction.Paste filling is an efficient exploitation method under village. According to the analysis of the current mining technology of backfill, the suggestions were put forward for future development.
