In this paper, the basic properties of soil, the total content of heavy metals, the forms of heavy metals and the agricultural products content of heavy metals were analyzed at the Chipu ditch lead-zinc mine area. The total content of heavy metals in soil and the soil environmental quality standards were compared, to discuss the total content of heavy metals with the change relationship in the distance and the total content of heavy metals, agricultural products in the form of heavy metals on the relevance, and made some conclusions as follow:(1) The heavy metals in the mining area of soil and the soil environmental quality standards in the secondary compared to that,in the maize soil, the total content of Pb, Cd were to exceed, the total content of Zn, As, Hg were to exceed mostly, the total content of Cu, Cr, Ni were not to exceed .in the wheat soil, the total content of Pb,Cd were to exceed, the total content of Zn were to exceed mostly, the total content of Cu,Cr,Ni,As,Hg were not to exceed .In the rice siol, the total content of Pb,Zn,Cd were to exceed, the total content of Cu,Cr,Ni,As,Hg were not to exceed. The total content of Pb, Zn, As with the overall trend was that the farther from the mine the lower the content of the soil. The total content of Cu, Cr, Ni, Hg in the distance and the mine show no obvious pattern.(2) The available content of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd, Ni, As in the pH less than 7.5, with pH increased with an increase,in the pH greater than 7.5, with pH higher reduction ,the available content of Cr was lower with the pH increased. The available content of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd, Ni increased with the increase of the content of organic matter, the available content of Cr with the content of organic matter lowed first ,and then increased, the available content of As with the content of organic matter increased to rise first ,and then lower.(3) The content of Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Ni,As,Hg in the Mining area soil were priority residue form. The sequence of different forms of Pb in the grain soil was residue form > bound to Iron and Manganese oxides form >bound to carbonate form > exchangeable form > bound to organic matter form. The sequence of different forms of Pb in the wheat and rice soil was residue form > bound to Iron and Manganese oxides form> exchangeable form> bound to organic matter form>bound to carbonate form. The sequence of different forms of Zn,Cu in the soil was residue form > bound to Iron and Manganese oxides form> exchangeable form> bound to organic matter form>bound to carbonate form. The sequence of different forms of Cd in the soil was bound to Iron and Manganese oxides form >residue form >bound to carbonate form > bound to organic matter form > exchangeable form. The sequence of different forms of Cr,Ni,As in the soil was residue form > bound to Iron and Manganese oxides form> bound to carbonate form > bound to organic matter form Exchangeable form. The coefficient of variation of the heavy metal forms were larger.(4) Mostly the forms of heavy metals were effected larger by pH, organic matter,CEC in the soil of mineral area.(5) The heavy metals in the mining area of Agricultural products and the Food and Health standards compared to that, the content of Pb in maize grains was to exceed between 0.38 and 3.615, Cd exceed between 0.8 and 2.1, Cr,Ni were to exceed partly, Zn,Cu,As were not to exceed. The content of Pb in wheat grains was to exceed between 5.78 and 45.505, Cr exceed between 0.313 and 0.723, Zn was to exceed partly, Cu,Ni,As were not to exceed. The content of Pb in brown rice grains was to exceed between 3.515 and 23.925, Ni was to exceed betweenO.445 and 6.585, As was to exceed between0.371 and0.918, Cr was to exceed partly, Zn,Cu,Cr were not to exceed.(6) The enrichment capability of the maize grains, wheat grains, brown rise to heavy metals in mineral area was different.(7) The content of Pb of agricultural products and bound to organic matter was to assume significant direct correlation. The content of Cr of agricultural products and exchangeable Cr, bound to organic matter Cr was to assume significant direct correlation, bound to carbonate Cr to assume significantest direct correlation. The content of Zn, Qu Cd, Ni of agricultural products was not to assume significant correlation while P equals 0.05. The biology effectivity of heavy metals form was different by agricultural products.
