Water injection to stratum is one of the main methods to produce oil ashore in our country. However, low efficiency and energy waste exist in water injection systems in almost all oil field in our country. Therefore, it's very economical and applied at the same time to raise water injection system efficiency and to reduce energy dissipation. Efficiency testing and unit consumption calculation of oilfield ground water injection system was established from its structures. The factors that affect the water-injection pipe station efficiency was analysed from three aspects, which are electromotor, water-injection pipe station pump and the efficiency of the pipe line. It also put forward the method of water-injection pipe station techniques optimization, enhancement of water-injection pipe station pump efficiency, the matching of pressure pump and water-injection pipe station pipe line, the enhance of water-injection pipe station efficiency. Aimed at the characteristic of water-injection pipe station technique and the tache of water-injection pipe station system, it put forward the model of actual energy current and the calculate model of every water-injection pipe station unit. It also establishes the standard combining the characteristic of every calculate method. Besides, this paper has also programmed a software that suit to the oil production. Through the analysis of present situation, we put forward some suggestions about how to enhance the water-injection pipe station efficiency, which reduces investment, improves system operation efficiency and provides insurance for economy benefit of oil field development.
