Fluidized-pellet-bed(FPB)bioreactor is an expansion of fluidized-pellet-bed on the field of biological wastewater treatment. It combines naturally the fluidized-pellet-bed highly effective solid/liquid separation technology and activated sludge process, and can accomplish coagulational pelletisation, biological degradation and solid/liquid separation in one unit within a total hydraulic retention time(HRT)of only about 33 minutes. The present research, based on the previous researches,is aimed to determine the removal situation of those main pollutants like COD,NH3-N,TN,TP in FPB bioreactor, and analyze the rule on the removal of those pollutants. The research shows that:(1)For removal of COD in FPB bioreactor, the total removal rate reaches 92.2%; the percentage of removal by coagulation sedimentation, physical adsorption and biochemical effect is 59.4%,16.0%and 16.8%respectively;COD is removed mainly in sections of 0~600mm.(2)For removal of NH3-N in FPB bioreactor, the total removal rate reaches 36.9%;the percentage of removal by coagulation sedimentation, physical adsorption and biochemical effect is 12.4%,12.1%and 12.4%respectively;NH3-N is removed effectively in sections of 0-100mm,600~1100mm;and nitrification is evident in the section of 600~1100mm(3)For removal of TN in FPB bioreactor, the total removal rate reaches 43.8%; the percentage of removal by coagulation sedimentation, physical adsorption and biochemical effect is 20%,20.2%and 3.6%respectively;TN is removed mainly in 0-100mm section;denitrification is insignificant.(4)For removal of TP in FPB bioreactor, the total removal rate reaches 96% above;almost all of the TP is removed by coagulation sedimentation; Most of TP is removed in 0-100mm section by chemical precipitation.
