Hydraulic roofbolter is the key equipment for Ground Anchorage, and have an important impact on project quality, for ground anchorage engineering.Base on analysizing of revolving apparatus hydraulic roofbolter, that the impact of drilling speed, then a design method has been carry out, that it adopted the driving head of cavity-front constant-pressure impact-rotary hydraulic roofbolter. Accordingly, designed the structural of the driving head and revolving apparatus; Established the 3D digital model of revolving apparatus and impact institutions, and carry on virtual assemble by Pro / ENGINEER software,. Then the model is imported into ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)software and the machine-hydraulic coupling simulation of hydraulic control system was done. The results showed that optimized the driving head of impact-rotary with small size, impact of the stability and operation stability.The paper, optimizing the use of modern design, 3D CAD software, simulation software, optimized design for the driving head of cavity-front constant-pressure impact-rotary hydraulic roofbolter. and provided an important reference. The ideas and methods of this paper have a certain significance and value for the development of similar products.
