Smelting industry of Copper, nickel, lead, zinc and other non-ferrous metal in the smelting sulfide oxidation process will inevitably produce large flue gas containing SO2. The composition and management forms of flue gas from different smelting furnace are different. The "one-to-one" configuration of smelting and flue gas treatment plant is a worldwide non-ferrous smelting industry practices. Jinchuan Group Corporation has gradually built over 30 smelting furnaces of copper, nickel and advanced high-performance and low-flash, mine stopped operations running hot furnace since the building of Jinchuan Group Corporation. Because of numerous and scattered layout furnace, the difficulties of smoke management are the history and current situation of Jinchuan smelting production. Low concentration flue gas in the management is still no technically fundamental breakthrough and "one-to-one" approach in the economic operation is more undesirable, which determines the flue gas treatment using traditional thinking in Jinchuan smelter is undesirable under reality conditions.This work studies the industrialized comprehensive treatment technology of smoke, which are scattered sources and the many differences of concentration, in complex smelting systems. The core of the technology is to establish a two-way matching intermediate links between the refinery and flue gas treatment devices, namely, the mixed gas distribution network, which join more than 30 furnaces and six flue gas treatment systems as a single entity. On the basis of following rule of furnace smoke, the required amount of gas and the smoke of requirement concentration of SO2 are distributed to flue gas treatment system, which makes refinery and flue gas treatment system under a good operation conditions.The flue gas from the different furnaces can be mixed in three aspects: first, the concentration of SO2 in the flue gas can be mixed to meet the most basic requirements of flue gas treatment process, that is, the double-absorption making acid, single-absorption making acid, and alkali absorption method. Second, the flue gas amount is matched with the existing flue gas treatment device , which of the total governance volume is one million Nm3 / h. Third, the power of scattered and the long-distance gas transmission and control issues must be solved favorably. In project, a huge high degree of cooperated network system is formed by adopting network connectivity, power blower relay, mixed chamber gas distribution, control system to dynamically adjust, acid making and alkali absorption initiative to adapt to the devices, through which all of the SO2 gas from furnaces might be fully treated.
