Oval-tenon joint is the common junction linking way of the Glued Laminated Bamboo Furniture when it was stationarily connected. Therefore, this article has studied on the influence of the width and thickness of Oval-tenon and Tolerance parameters of Mortise on the mechanics characteristic of Anti-pulls strength, the changes of Oval-tenon in the End Location on the joint mechanics characteristic in the corner of the Glued Laminated Bamboo, the changes of the width of Oval-tenon on the the T-type joint mechanics characteristic of the Glued Laminated Bamboo, and obtains the following results.(1)When the Tolerance parameter (α) is 0.4mm, the ultimate pullout capacity of the junction point of in the Oval-tenon joint is the best, and the numerical value is 5358.0N. When the Tolerance parameter (α) is 0.7mm, some work pieces cracked in the fitting; when the Tolerance parameters (α) are big than 0.8mm, all of work pieces cracked. And the Expression of the connection about the ultimate pullout capacity (P) and the Tolerance parameters(α) is: P=-5977.7α~2+4937α+4209.9。(2)When the Tolerance parameter (β) is -0.05mm, the ultimate pullout capacity of the junction point of in the Oval-tenon joint is the best, and the numerical value is 6685.9N. When the Tolerance parameter (β) is 0.05mm, some work pieces cracked in the fitting; when the Tolerance parameter (β) is 0.1mm, all of work pieces cracked. The Tolerance parameters (β) are suited to between -0.1mm and 0mm. The Expression of the connection about the ultimate pullout capacity(P) and the Tolerance parameters (β) is: P=-45373β~2-3891.7β+6175.1。(3) T-junction's breaking bending moment is greater than L-junction's, and the rank is in turn: T-junction (H=15mm), T-junction (H=7.5mm), T-junction (H=0mm), L-junction (H=0mm), L-junction (H=7.5mm). The rank of rigid efficiency is in turn: L-junction (H=7.5mm), T-junction (H=7.5mm), L-junction (H=0mm), T-junction (H=0).(4)The breaking bending moment of the work piece increases along with the increase of the width of the tenon. When the tenon width is more than 45mm, the rate of increasing of breaking bending moment is decreasing significantly. When the tenon width is more than 65mm, the breaking bending moment hardly increases along with the increase of the tenon width. the relationship between the breaking bending moment (M) and the width of the tenon (C) can be expressed by the following formulation: M=-0.0503C~2+7.2826C-61.61. The rigid efficiency of the work piece increases along with the increase of the tenon width. However, when the width of the tenon is more than 25mm, the rate of increase is slow down.
