Producing oil from coal is a realistic way to meet the shortages of liquid fuel in China,but the economy must be improved;Single new power generation technology from coal can not meet efficiency,cost and environmental requirements together.Co-production of liquid fuel and Power from can solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost when separately producing though integration of material transformation and energy conversion,and control pollution in the system,it was efficient,clean,economy,flexible.This paper use following key technology:pressurized Lurgi fixed bed gasifier,low temperature slurry reaction for iron based F-T synthesis,Combined cycle power generation,to construct system of the Co-production of liquid fuel and power,and through F-T tail gas power generation,steam and water transformation in F-T island and power island,the system integrates power generation and chemical products.For predicting the performance of the system,the paper found key cell models.Because the lack of component characteristics,cooling information for gas turbines,the paper use published similar natural gas-firing gas turbine characteristics and cooling information,speculates GE-PG6581B gas turbine cooling air information,and establish a model with cooling information;Proposes compressor general characteristics suit for B technology gas turbine,study and confirm the Co-operating point;model and validates PG6581B;analyse power,air temperature influence on cooling air.A correlation model based on Mobil's two step pilot plant was applied.This model proposed triple chain-length-dependent chain growth factors and set up correlations among reaction temperature with wax yield,methane yield,and C2-C22paraffin and olefin yields,so as to interpret the deviation from ASF law.Oxygenates in hydrocarbon phase,water phase and vapor phase were also correlated with methane yield.It was suitable for syngas,iron catalyst and slurry bed.It can show the effect of temperature on products' selectivity and distribution.Error analysis showed that this simulation can be used in system simulation and analysis.The Aspen Plus model of GCU(Rectisol),oilwash process etc was built to calculate concept with data from articles to gain consumption of hot water,electricity,fuel,steam in assistant processes.The paper use set up models for gas turbine,F-T and consumption in assistant processes, through firing F-T tail gas to generate power,so the system realizes high efficiency of chemistry energy:the steam realizes water,steam transformation between F-T and steam system:complete the whole flowsheet simulation of system of the Co-production of liquid fuel and power,gain key point parameters;predicts the performance of the system,confirm the output of power,gasoline,diesel;use efficiency of total energy to evaluate the system.
