Experimental works in this paper were focused on the treatment of simulate domestic wastewater by sequencing batch reactor process cooperating with micro-aerobic techniques, and objectives were: to exploit the feasibility of disposing domestic wastewater only by micro-aerobic SBR, and to look for high-efficient, economic ways to dispose domestic wastewater. Simulated domestic wastewater was disposed by micro-aerobic SBR with 3L efficient cubage. It is have been researched that the affections of factors on wastewater disposal effect, such as temperature, hydrolic retention time, COD concentration of influent, influent time, whisk frequency, to choose the best react condition. At the same time, the removal rate of TN, TP by micro-aerobic SBR were primarily reviewed. Compared it with aerobic SBR and ASBR and made a primary economic capability analysis. The experimental results showed that:(1) It is feasible of disposing domestic wastewater only by micro-aerobic SBR under fit conditions. Recommended conditions are: hydrolic retention time 12h, influent COD 400mg/L, influent time 1.5min, whisk frequency 1min/45min, and temperature 20℃.(2)Micro-aerobic SBR can reach a certain disposal rate of TN in domestic wastewater. Disposal rate can reach 60% when HRT is 12h and influent TN is 40mg/L.(3) Micro-aerobic SBR can reach a certain disposal rate of TP in domestic wastewater. Disposal rate can reach 55% when HRT is 12h and influent TP is 9mg/L.(4) Micro-aerobic SBR just costs 26.7% O2 of aerobic SBR disposing each 1000gCOD and has less sludge output. So it can save a great deal of energy and has a better economic value.
