This paper we established a layered material temperature model under Gaussian laser radiation based on the research into the status of the layered material photo-thermal temperature study. We used the method of integral transformation to solve the three-dimensional temperature field analytical expression. We analysis the impact on temperature distribution in the material under the condition of heat radiation and the thermal convection by the back/forward sweep method. We also study the change in temperature distribution when the thermal properties of the material change according to the temperature using the interpolation method. We analysis the impact on temperature distribution according to different parameters of laser and the size of samples through the numerical computation of the layered material temperature model with different thermal property parameters. At last, we study the limitation of the 1-D temperature field model.
